In Accordance with the provision of newly inserted Section 10A(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 23A of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, a company who registered on or after 2nd November, 2018, shall have intimate to Registrar of Companies regarding the commencement of his business within 180 days from its incorporation.
.Mandatory Form: Form INC-20A is required to be filed within 180 days of the date of incorporation of the Company
.Consequences of Non-filing within due date:-
✔️Late filing fees levied by MCA, if form is not filed in 180 days of incorporation
✔️Penalty of Rs.50,000/- to the company
✔️Penalty of Rs.1000/- per day to the director
✔️MCA may remove the name of company from the register of companies.
